www.foxsports.com reported in the past 5 months, 5 Florida b-ball players are transferring out. I'd imagine with two Nat Championships in the past few years, then losing to Penn St in NCAA round 1 has made Billy Donovan a bear to play for...In Gainesville, FL they're fanatics, and my guess is Donovan got frustrated at this year's slip-off and the player's got tired of Donovan's ragging on them.

One transfer Allan Chaney, out of the Baltimore area, has XU on his visit list according to the story. Also read www.gatorzone.com for details.:)

Actually, Chaney is from Connecticut. His connection to Binno comes from when Binno was recruiting him to go to Marist. Many in Connecticut were not happy when he went to Florida because UConn was losing someone from their back yard.

Here's a link to a write-up about Chaney in 2007:

Guess Billy shouldn't have quit the Magic.

Exactly. It was NIT... not even NCAA, and it was the 3rd round there.

Tyus announced he isn't transferring afterall. Calathes is on the fence regarding his NBA future. If Nick returns, Florida will be fine.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention, BBC. It seems that the photo no longer exists at that URL so I am hosting it locally. Should be fixed now.
