Calipari has landed another five star to Kentucky.
This might make his class #1 in the recruiting for 09 and could challenge the #1 spot in preseason polls with Kansas if Patterson and Meeks return. Dang, must be nice. One year they don't make the tourney and the next they are ranked top 5. Life has got to be rough. I guess the only thing I can hope is Calipari gets caught cheating..

His recruiting life sure got easier in Indiana/Ohio/Kentucky region once Miller left.

Then Cleveland State will get put on probation, and our alleged series with them will REALLY suck.

I am not so sure that this wouldn't be one of the highest (if not the highest) rated recruiting classes of all time.

Let's get them on the court first before we dub them champs.

And speaking of high rankings, nice avator, Glow.

There is no way to know how good they will be. You can only compare apples to apples, and when you score recruits and sum up the results, this may be the highest total of all time.

The owner of a golf course was confused about paying an invoice, so
he decided to ask his secretary for some mathematical help.

He called her into his office and said: "You graduated from the
University of Kentucky , and I need some help. If I were to give you $20,000,
minus 14%, how much would you take off?"

The secretary thought a moment, and then replied: "Everything but my
earrings."

They may have to wait a year on Eric to qualify. He is worth the wait. This is what UK fans wanted in a coach and he is delivering.

Think that this may have been one reason why Calapari and Beaknose "advised" the former Xavier coach to move west?

Uh, Weatherspoon all of a sudden is considering Oh-ho-ho State?

Ahhhh, just another MOR conspiracy theory.

Patterson is staying at UK... He just announced it... I think Meeks will come back too especially since Patterson is and they are roommates AND Patterson was expected to be picked before Meeks would have been... Listen to these names...

Patterson
Meeks (maybe)
Darius Miller
Deandre Liggins
Bledsoe
DeMarcus Cousins
Daniel Orton
Stevenson
Ramon Harris
*plus 2 other more than capable players that I cant think of... I think a transfer from junior college and another freshman from kentucky...

They're going to be a trendy Final 4 pick next year.

I'll say it right now, UK will NOT go deep into March next year, with or without attention whore John Wall. Just a feeling, honestly, but they are going to be playing a completely different system and other adjustments. We'll see.

Cal had less than stellar records during his first years at UMass and at Memphis, so you may be on to something. However, that is a huge amount of talent, and I like their chances for success.

5-star Starkville native, Lativious Williams, now seems to want in on this hot SEC action as well. He seemed to be a sure thing for Memphis until the last few days, and now, he would like a call from UK or from Mississippi State.

Stay tuned. Could Cal end up landing Wall and Williams? Is that even possible?

I have to admit, if he keeps tacking on 5 stars (haha a weird phrase there, this has never even happened) then the sheer talent (assuming they all pan out to be can't miss NBA prospects) could overwhelm every other team.
