Looks like Pat Kelsey is interviewing for the head coaching position at App State:
From Fox Sports:
APPALACHIAN STATE TO INTERVIEW TRIO
According to sources close to the process, Appalachian State will interview three candidates on Wednesday: The Citadel head coach Ed Conroy, Missouri assistant and former Texas A&M head coach Melvin Watkins and Wake Forest assistant Pat Kelsey.
However, sources indicate there is still strong interest to have Charlotte Bobcats director of player personnel Buzz Peterson – who was 79-39 as the head coach of the school in the late 1990s – to return as head coach.

Appy State has taken the Arizona approach with their main target Peterson it looks like. Exciting for Pat to be in the position to interview however. Good luck to him.

I heard he's on a private jet to Boone, NC right now.
I heard Kelsey called Mack at 4 a.m. this morning to tell him he couldn't take the Xavier job.
Anyone know how much App. State is offering? Think they'll take our recruits?

If Brown doesn't end up going pro, you can bet he'll take advantage of an expired loophole in the rules to finish his career as an App. St. Mountaineer.
