I am a big Family Guy fan and I thought tonight's episode was hilarious. It was their tribute to the fact Monday is 4/20 (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=4%2F20).
This is a big day of the year for some people, and this song is a classic.

Great episode. I also enjoyed that there was one of those "above the influence" ads right after the show.

I haven't watched it yet. It is on the DVR though. I will have to watch it after class tonight.

Speaking of the Sunday shows on Fox, did anyone watch the new "Sit Down, Shut Up" by Arrested Development's Mitchell Hurwitz? Maybe my expectations were too high but I didn't find it that funny. Thoughts from those who saw it?

I didn't find it to be anything special either. Seemed like they decided to try to mesh the success of Arrested Development with the success of adult cartoons...uh, didn't work. At least it didn't last night. After about 15 minutes I started to lose interest and wasn't really paying attention anymore because it just wasn't that good.
At some point maybe the powers that be in TV and Movieland will realize that there are people like Will Arnett, Jason Bateman and Will Forte who do well in a certain role, a certain area, but they should stay there. "Sit Down, Shut Up" could be further proof of that. Of course it was the first episode and maybe it will get better after they have laid the groundwork.
But, being that they seemed to be banking on humor coming from things like characters being named Willard Deutschebog, Stuart Proszakian, and Larry Littlejunk, could we really expect better things down the road?
For those that did find last night's episode funny, did you notice I used the words "laid" and "coming" in the last two paragraphs??

Is it 4/20 or 4:20? Or should I be doing something on 4/20 at 4:20?
It is past time for the drug war to end.

Two old ladies met downtown for tea. Agnes says to Delores "Did you come on the bus"
"Yes", Delores says, "but I made it look like an asthma attack".
(Reps to whoever identifies where I just read this joke)

I'm not sure if this is going to work:

Fox did give Seth Mcfarlane the biggest contract for a producer ever (4 years 100 million). So I guess they are making him work for it.
