UC women's coach fired

J Kelley Hall fired after 2 years at UC.

I know he had a terrible Big East record, but I didn't see this move coming.

I wonder if Dayton's Jim Jabir might be a candidate for this job.

They fire him but keep Cronin. They are so deep in red ink but they cut funding for some men's sports rather than shed a basketball coach who will more than likely be whacked next year anyway. Go figure.:rolleyes:

Funny thing is I thought the women's team was doing fairly decent, but I guess looking at a cold stat sheet, maybe not so much.
