I was over at their board with you as Turd Ferguson. I tried to stay civilized, but things went sideways when the whole X is a midmajor comments started. I lost my temper. Some of them were pretty arrogant. But that's to be expected on a message board. They really hate your ass over there though.

Yeah, I don't know why I bothered and still am....I tried to represent our program as a civilized and rational fan. Like I said, when they referred to X as a mid major, trampoline, stepping stone program, I took offense. I told them they could piss off....how bad are they if they want our midmajor coach and aren't going to get him. This morning I thought I was going to be eating crow over there. I went back and tried to make peace. It really seems like they have a complete tool at the helm with their AD. They hold no grudges against Miller or X...they just want their AD's head on a spit. Honestly, I can't say I blame them....the fact that their coaching situation wasn't solved months ago reflects pretty poorly on Livengood. Like I told them, just stay away from Bobo. They even commented that they were jealous that we have a term of endearment for our AD.

Honestly, reading and posting over there made me feel very lucky that we have Bobinski. Their fans are desperate and pissed....and they have every right to be.

I tried to stay out of the MM discussion. I broke down a couple times, but didn't go off the deep end.

At this point it does have to go on their AD, but I think it started to go sideways with Lutes problems - whatever they were. But it was just odd the way things went down there.

I have no ill will towards them. Easy for me to say now though that it looks like Sean is staying.

Yep, suck it. You're getting a good coach, but he's full of crap just like most of the others. Don't get too attached to him though. If Jamie Dixon or Jim Calhoun leave their current posts, you'll be looking for a coach again. JUST DON'T COME BACK TO CINCINNATI!! (Well, unless you want Cronin. Ha, right!)
